PCL Signs 6-Year Partnership With NJCAAE

PlayVS has announced a new six-year partnership with the National Junior College Athletic Association Esports (NJCAAE), making it the official 2-year college partner of the PlayVS College League (PCL). This agreement supports PlayVS’ broader goal of strengthening the structure and reach of collegiate esports, bringing more consistency and resources to schools across different levels.
The timing lines up with the recent launch of the PCL in July 2025. As part of the partnership, PlayVS will offer NJCAAE member schools access to its competition platform, dedicated support, and weekly streams of featured matches. The goal is to provide a more consistent and supported experience for two-year colleges involved in esports.
Both organizations see this as a step toward building a more inclusive collegiate esports space, where two-year programs are given more recognition and better tools to participate and grow.
