PlayVS College, formerly Playfly College Esports, is excited to return this year in continued partnership with Chess.com, providing competitions for the strongest of teams as well as a space for brand new clubs and programs.
INDIA COLLEGIATE CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP
The India Collegiate Chess Championship is a new competition spun off from the success of the Collegiate Chess League. Both are organized and administered by Playfly College Esports in coordination with Chess.com. This opportunity seeks to offer a more localized tournament for India teams to compete at a high level against their peers!

“Since the start of our partnership in 2022, we’ve seen outstanding growth and interest in our chess competitions. In 2024, we reached a point where we were able to create regional competitions for the Indian community to better meet a significant portion of our international colleges at a more comfortable, local time – which in turn will enable further growth.”
- Joe Navarro, PlayVS Live Operations Coordinator
