2025-26 eNASCAR College iRacing Series | Great Lakes Gauntlet | Time Attack Results

From January 27th to February 6th, nearly 220 eligible collegiate iRacers took to Michigan International Speedway in hopes of qualifying for the fourth eNASCAR College iRacing Series Tournament, the Great Lakes Gauntlet, the first week of the competition slated for February 11th.

Since the start of the season, over 300 different schools have been represented by nearly 500 different students. These students have collectively put down nearly 15,000 laps in the Great Lakes Gauntlet Time Attack, and over 134,000 laps in every Time Attack so far, including the first three Tournaments in the Fall Semester.

Sacramento State's Dylan Ault set the fastest lap, a time of 39.826 seconds. The gap down to 120th was close—only 0.076 seconds from 1st to 120th—with Oklahoma State University's Jaxen Anderson snagging the final spot in with a time of 39.902 seconds. We're talking about inches between qualifying on pole and not even making the race.

Drivers will be snake-split into three Groups for the first week of the Tournament, where the top-three qualifiers in the Time Attack headline each Group of 40 drivers. The fastest driver in Group 2 is the defending winner of this event, the University of Michigan's Matthew Zwack. The defending series champion, California State University, Fullerton's Logan Clampitt, has the fastest time for Group 3.

Other notable drivers in the field include eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series talents Connor Yeroschak (University of Calgary) who won the Clash on the Beach and the Harvest Cup in the Fall Semester, Daniel Faulkingham (University of Maine at Machias), and Timothy Holmes (Horry Georgetown Technical College), as well as former College Series winners John Forbes Jr (Saddleback College) and the first Tournament winner of the year, Dylan Basen (Pasco–Hernando State College). Parker White (University of Maine at Augusta) makes his return to the series, while World of Outlaws iRacing Pro Series competitor Tucker Elkins (University of Kentucky) makes his series debut.

In the battle of participation, the University of Northwestern Ohio only has four students qualified into the Top 120 this time around, led by Tyler Skoczen. Meanwhile, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte has four students as well qualified into Week 1, once again led by Connor Trifari. Purdue University has six, but four of which are representing the Indianapolis branch, led by Jacob Bradley. Belmont Abbey is keeping up with three qualified drivers this week, this week led by Jacob Martin. Ault will be joined by two other Sacramento State students this time around, adding up to three total there as well. A number of schools have two students entered as well.

Week 1 of the Great Lakes Gauntlet starts on Wednesday, February 11th, at 7:00 p.m. ET. Week 2 will take place one week later, on Wednesday, February 18th.

The series continues on with the second race of the Spring Semester, and the fifth of six on the full season schedule, at Martinsville Speedway.

Time Attacks for the Old Dominion Classic open on February 24th and close on March 5th.
