From October 28th to November 6th, nearly 220 eligible collegiate iRacers took to Iowa Speedway in hopes of qualifying for the third eNASCAR College iRacing Series Tournament, the Harvest Cup, the first week of the competition slated for November 12th.
Since the start of the season, 280 different schools have been represented by 440 different students. These students have collectively put down nearly 30,000 laps in the Harvest Cup Time Attack, and over 120,000 laps in every Time Attack so far, including the laps at Charlotte Motor Speedway for the Queen City Crown and at Daytona International Speedway for the Clash on the Beach.
Sacramento State's Dylan Ault set the fastest lap, a time of 23.582 seconds. The gap down to 120th was close—only 0.266 seconds from 1st to 120th—with North Central Texas College's John Hagan snagging the final spot in with a time of 23.848 seconds. Being on a shorter track, the distance between was closer at the Clash on the Beach, but this Harvest Cup Time Attack had a margin from top to cutoff of about seven inches.

Last season's Iowa event was run with the NASCAR Xfinity Series vehicles
Drivers will be snake-split into three Groups for the first week of the Tournament, where the top-three qualifiers in the Time Attack headline each Group of 40 drivers. The fastest driver in Group 2 is the defending series champion, California State University, Fullerton's Logan Clampitt. Another former College Series winner, the University of Michigan's Matthew Zwack, has the fastest time for Group 3.
Other notable drivers in the field include eNASCAR Coca-Cola iRacing Series talents Connor Yeroschak (University of Calgary) who won the Clash on the Beach last month, Daniel Faulkingham (University of Maine at Machias), and Timothy Holmes (Horry Georgetown Technical College), as well as former College Series winners John Forbes Jr (Saddleback College) and the first Tournament winner of the year, Dylan Basen (Pasco–Hernando State College).
In the battle of participation, the University of Northwestern Ohio, the only school with multiple drivers representing in the Final Round in both Tournaments so far, has seven students qualified into the Top 120, led by Chase Schaffer. Meanwhile, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte continues to keep up with UNOH, once again with seven students qualified into Week 1, once again led by Connor Trifari. Belmont Abbey stays in the conversation of top participation with four qualified drivers this week, this week led by Jalen Atkins.
